Free shipping on orders over CAD108.
International orders can be shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard or Economy ship methods. These orders will be delivered by your local postal service.

Most International orders will ship out within 2 business days of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 72 hours to process.
* Standard and Economy rates only cover shipping charges. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery.
* Express rates are inclusive of shipping, duties and taxes. Express delivery is not available for all countries.

How long will it take for my International order to ship?
= * Arrives in 10-20 business days.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions,etc.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped,you will receive an email.
You can check the status of your order. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing zip code.

Should I expect to pay duties and taxes for my order?

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.


What is your return policy?

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or at one of our store locations. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed. If you've requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order. If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.

How do I return my item if I am an international customer?

1.Fill out your return form on your packing list and place it in a securely sealed shipping container. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records – you can find it in the upper corner of your packing list.
2.Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured and affix your shipping label.
3.Address your package to our address.
